Where we come from
Our roots are in Ilkal, in the granite country of northern Karnataka. Stone has been part of our family’s working life for generations, and the quarries, the machines and the people of this region are the world we grew up in.
What began as local work with local stone taught us the things that no shortcut can replace: how to read a block, how to judge a colour, and how to keep a promise to a customer.
Experience that shows in the stone
Years of working close to the quarry, the factory and the loading yard give us a practical understanding of granite from block to finished slab. We know how selection, sawing, polishing and packing each affect what a buyer finally receives.
That experience shapes how we work today: we look at every lot ourselves, we say plainly what we can and cannot supply, and we would rather explain a limitation early than surprise a customer later.
The next generation
The business is now being carried forward by the next generation of the family. They bring modern processing, better documentation and direct communication with overseas buyers, while staying true to the values of the generations before them.
Our aim is simple: keep the honesty and craftsmanship of a family business, and add the reliability and professionalism that international buyers expect from an exporter.
